BUCAD has undertaken various assignments in community mobilization for education delivery, decentralized planning, strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, policy formulation, execution and management in Ghana.

We have conducted socio-economic research methodologies and impact assessment, and designed monitoring and evaluation framework for various development projects and programmes for governmental and non-governmental organizations, including donor agencies from 1997 to date.
